A market solution tends to be better when the process is common, the company can adapt to the offered flow, and there is little need for integration. It reduces initial time and distributes the cost of evolution among many clients.
When to Develop Custom Solutions
Custom development gains traction when the operation has its own rules, disconnected spreadsheets and tools, frequent rework, or an experience that differentiates the business. It is also relevant when integrations and control over data are decisive.
